Answers before you ask
How much does commercial cleaning cost in Baltimore?
Most of our accounts land between $0.10 and $0.18 per square foot per month, depending on traffic, use, and how often we clean. A 2,000 square foot office on a three-night schedule is typically $600 to $900 a month. Medical space runs higher because the standards are higher. You get a firm number after the walkthrough — not a range.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability, a janitorial bond, and workers compensation, and we will name your entity as additional insured. Certificates go out before we ever set foot in the building.
Do you require a long contract?
Our agreements run month to month after the first 90 days, cancellable with 30 days notice. If we are not holding up our end, you should not need a lawyer to leave.
How fast can you start?
Usually within a week of an approved scope. If you are in a bind — a vendor walked, an inspection is coming — say so and we will work with it.
